Frequently asked questions
Onsite now has several wet weather options. At our discretion, we will make a call 24 hours in advanced to the booking date as to whether your booking will go ahead. We do not offer refunds due to catering purposes, however, a credit can be given or a change of date will be made to suit minus our catering fee, as catering is indepedant to Soul Nook and paid for in advance.
Yes! We understand that things can happen and life gets in the way. We require 7 days notice if you are wanting to cancel your booking and can offer a picnic credit towards another event, minus any catering costs due to catering being independant to and secured in advance. If cancelled 3-7 days, all catering costs will need to be paid for and we may, at our discreation offer a credit towards a future booking. If cancelled in the last 48 hours before the booking date, no refund or credit will be offered.
Our venue is BYO for picnic bookings only and at our discreation and where advenrtised - at certain events during the year. You must always check with us to bring alcohol on to the grounds of Soul Nook and must practice safe self-responsibility of alcohol.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind however, we do offer refunds or a store credit if product is faulty at our descrestion and in accordance with Consumer Law. If you change your mind, including wrong colour or size, about one of our products a store credit may be given at our discretion.
Our grounds, picnic and sitting areas are all wheelchair accessible however our boutique and toilets are not wheelchair accessible as of yet. We do have community toilets just down the street, that are accessible and wheel chair friendly.
There is parking on our premise amd ample street parking available.
